Shinn's original voice is by Suzumura Kenichi. Suzumura also voiced Lavi of D. Gray Man, Kouichi Kimura of Digimon Frontier, Ayumu Narumi of Spiral, and Dietrich von Lohengrin of Trinity Blood. Shinn's English voice is by Matthew Erickson. He has voiced others such as Van from Zoids and Amuro Ray of Zeta Gundam. Info from Anime News Network. In the beginning, Shinn's English voice seemed way to old to fit his personality. As the series continues on, I believe Erickson got into it. Shinn's voice can be aggressive and normal, like how Suzumura did it. You just have to get use to the voices, but I think it's pretty good now.
